Roasted sweet mini peppers

1bag of mixed mini peppers
Preheat oven to 425.
Rinse peppers in bag, shake off excess water. Drizzle olive oil on peppers while still in bag, shake to coat evenly (be wary of holes in bag, a little olive oil goes a long way).
Place peppers on baking sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, bake for 25 minutes until edges are crackly and a little bit browned.
