Roasted sweet mini peppers

  • 1bag of mixed mini peppers

  • olive oil

  • salt


  • Preheat oven to 425.

  • Rinse peppers in bag, shake off excess water. Drizzle olive oil on peppers while still in bag, shake to coat evenly (be wary of holes in bag, a little olive oil goes a long way).

  • Place peppers on baking sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, bake for 25 minutes until edges are crackly and a little bit browned.
